We’re after a Contracts Administrator, Procurement Advisor, and a Claims Analyst for a large-scale flood recovery program in Northern NSW. The ideal candidates will have comprehensive experience across the full lifecycle of complex, high-value public infrastructure projects for government.

Contract durations are 12 months with likely extensions.

Easy DIDO from Brisbane or Gold Coast. Flexible / remote working arrangements will be considered.

Key Responsibilities (Contracts Administrator):

• Maintain the integrity of contract information and coordinate the contract administration process 
• Provide expert advice on contractual conditions, budget and cost control
• Prepare and submit all commercial notices and claims in a timely manner 
• Assist contract managers in preparing all monthly cost reports and project reports.
• Establish and maintain appropriate client, stakeholder, and supplier relationships

Key Responsibilities (Procurement Advisor):

• Driving and coordinating all procurement activities   
• Developing procurement documentation 
• Assisting in the evaluation of tenders  
• Providing advice on procurement-related activities.

Key Responsibilities (Claims Analyst):

• Verify claims for accuracy, completeness, and compliance 
• Compile, review, and manage all documentation related to claims  
• Analyse potential risks associated with claims 
• Assess any potential cost overruns and delays  
• Engage with stakeholders and clients to resolve claims

We’re after Project Managers to assist with building, construction, and maintenance projects for state government.

Experience working in a Facilities Management or Project Management role on capital works programs in galleries, museums, or heritage buildings would be advantageous.

Brisbane CBD based position.

Contract duration is up to 2 years (12 months with a 12 month extension).

Key responsibilities / requirements:

• Minimum 5 years experience in the delivery of building projects (mandatory)
• Tracking of project status
• Stakeholder management
• Preparation of procurement material (including planning, sourcing, evaluation and contract management)
• Schedule/Program management
• Acting as accountable officer and lead for each project’s delivery team
• Manage tender processes including evaluation 
• Ensuring procurement and probity requirements are met

Due to our continued growth, we’re looking for a Proposals and Marketing Coordinator to be based in our Brisbane CBD head office. This role plays a vital part in winning work for our business.

We’re after an acute organiser who can provide high level support with tender submissions, CV writing, procedure manuals, marketing strategies, and can create and format documents to be used for business development, and to support wider tender bids.

Key responsibilities include: 

• Providing a high level of support to the business which will predominantly focus on marketing and tender support / submissions
• Research and edit content, work closely with the various business units to understand project / tender requirements
• Ensure tenders are managed in a timely and efficient manner
• Create proposals and tender documentation that demonstrate Bellwether’s value proposition to prospective clients
• Develop graphics and written content for marketing material such as capability statements and project case studies
• Tracking upcoming tender opportunities and panel submissions through various portals

The ideal person will have the following skills:

• Ability to interpret tender documents and the key requirements for submissions
• Ability to produce high quality content that captures Bellwether’s unique selling points
• Ability to prioritise and work to strict deadlines
• A good work ethic and able to achieve results with minimal supervision
• Acute attention to detail
• Knowledge of the construction / engineering sector would be an advantage
• An intermediate / advanced user of MS Office Suite and related software – in particular MS Word (formatting documents etc), Adobe, PDF Architect, Excel
• Graphic/ Indesign skills would be advantageous
