We’re after an experienced Tender Coordinator / Administrator to join our growing team! Permanent role, convenient CBD location.

Bellwether provide Project Management and Engineering Support services to private and government clients across Australia. Our people come from major infrastructure backgrounds and bring with them hands-on experience in the planning and delivery of some of Australia’s biggest and iconic projects. 

We’re after an experienced Tender Coordinator / Administrator to join our growing team!

We need a multi-tasker with a can-do attitude, is flexible, and will go above and beyond to ensure business objectives are met.

Reporting to Senior Management, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing a high level of administration support to the business which will predominantly focus on tender support / submissions and ad-hoc administration requirements
  • Creating / formatting / editing documents

What you’ll need to succeed: 

  • A good work ethic and able to achieve results with minimal supervision
  • Knowledge of the construction / engineering sector would be an advantage
  • An intermediate / advanced user of MS Office Suite and related software – in particular MS Word (formatting documents etc), Adobe, PDF Architect, Excel
  • Graphic/ indesign skills would be advantageous
  • Experience assisting with proposal writing / bid coordination would be advantageous
  • Acute attention to detail
  • Someone that solves problems and is keen to learn and develop

Site Supervisor – TMR / Civil Projects – Wide Bay & Central QLD

We’re after Site Supervisors to join our team on our upcoming civil projects. Wide Bay and Central QLD based projects.

Bellwether are Principal Contractors who provide Project Delivery expertise across the project life cycle from project concept to commissioning.

We’re after Civil Supervisors to join our team to carry out the site supervision on our TMR and local council road rehab / civil projects. Upcoming projects will be in the Wide Bay / Central QLD regions.

These projects will run for approx 6 – 12 months with a good project pipeline ahead of us. Work / life balance rosters (Mon – Fri), above award salaries with vehicle, fuel card, site uplifts, and accommodation if required is all.

Projects we’ve successfully delivered include flood recovery works, streetscapes, road construction / upgrades, bulk earthworks, bridges, and water infrastructure.

We’re a supportive team with a direct line of contact to the Directors, a new fleet of vehicles, and we can offer all-inclusive salary packages.
 
Ideal candidates will have:

  • At least 5-10 years’ experience as a Civil Supervisor or Leading Hand, particularly on TMR / roads / drainage projects
  • Experience in supporting Project Managers and Engineers in the successful delivery of projects
  • Experience with TMR &/or RMS Projects and standards
  • Knowledge of quality, environmental and work health and safety management systems
  • Strong written/verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrable Computer literacy commensurate with acceptable industry standards
  • Any Industry qualifications will be an advantage & highly regarded

Planner / Scheduler – Renewables Sector

We’re after a Planner / Scheduler proficient with P6 to assist with the development and delivery of project schedules for the renewables sector.

We’re looking for an experienced Planner / Scheduler proficient with P6 to assist with the development and delivery of project schedules for the renewables sector.

Contract duration of 6 months with extensions, fantastic opportunity in the renewables space!

Melbourne based, manage the development and delivery of projects.

Key responsibilities:

  • Monitor and control the project schedule through the various phases of the project lifecycle.
  • Managing user access and privileges, new project set up and providing P6 training and advice 
  • Ensure that all project, engineering and procurement planning and scheduling information is available to service construction needs.
  • Prepare planning and scheduling information into correspondence or reports
