We’re after a Project Manager to lead Power, Comms, and Process Automation Systems projects for a large resources company.

Brisbane CBD based position with site visits as required.

Contract duration is 12 months with likely extensions.

Key responsibilities / requirements:

• Minimum 10 years proven relevant technical experience 
• Experienced in the design, construction and commissioning of new projects for gas driven power, telecommunications, and Process Automation Systems
• Preparation of procurement material (including planning, sourcing, evaluation and contract management)

Experience working in a Facilities Management or Project Management role on capital works programs in galleries, museums, or heritage buildings would be advantageous.

Brisbane CBD based position.

Contract duration is up to 2 years (12 months with a 12 month extension).

Key responsibilities / requirements:

• Minimum 5 years experience in the delivery of building projects (mandatory)
• Tracking of project status
• Stakeholder management
• Preparation of procurement material (including planning, sourcing, evaluation and contract management)
• Schedule/Program management
• Acting as accountable officer and lead for each project’s delivery team
• Manage tender processes including evaluation 
• Ensuring procurement and probity requirements are met

We’re looking for a Project Accountant to assist a regional NSW council with the budgeting, accounting, and financial aspects with delivering a major NSW road project.

Contract duration is up to 4 years with likely extensions, local government role.

Would need to be on site 4 days per week, work home home on day 5.

All travel and accommodation included. 

Key responsibilities / requirements:

• Relevant professional tertiary qualifications in Business, Accounting, Finance or Information Technology and/or significant experience in a similar role
• Experience in Local Government NSW Accounting Practices
• Demonstrated ability in maintenance of corporate financial systems
• Comprehensive knowledge of key financial functions and processes
• Project accounting including preparation, review, analysis and reporting monthly project reforecasts 
• Oversee the accounts payable function
• Facilitate engagement with key stakeholders including; funding bodies, contractors, Council partners and government agencies

• Current RIW & CAT3+ Medical
• QR – SARC Training
• QR – WET Training
• QR – Fatigue Management

Pay is up to $50p/hour flat rate, casual. Permanent position will come available for the right person who can work well within a team.
