• At least 5 years’ experience

• Committed to quality and work health and safety standards 
• Good verbal communication skills
• Candidates must have white/blue card
• Car License
• Own PPE
• Any other licenses &/or tickets desirable, but not mandatory . . . .   spotters, confined space, EWP, traffic control, HR, First aid etc.

We’re always looking for suitably qualified Cost Estimators for ongoing civil infrastructure projects / tender submissions.

You’ll need to have demonstrated experience in the following:

• Estimating from first principles for multi $m civil construction projects
• Reviewing and assessing tenders – scope, risks, tender complexity
• Preparation of detailed internal estimates & cost plans to tender settlement stage
• Completing Submissions and Tenders from pre-tender through to handover
• Cost estimation and benchmarking of civil infrastructure projects
• Hard dollar contracting and client side experience is beneficial
• Proficient in Expert Estimation software would be advantageous

Opportunities with various government organisations around SEQ. Easy DIDO from Brisbane. Flexible working arrangements may require only 2 – 3 nights per week away from home. 

Key responsibilities:
