Bellwether are Principal Contractors who provide Project Delivery expertise across the project life cycle from project concept to commissioning.
We’re after Civil Supervisors to join our team to carry out the site supervision on our TMR and local council road rehab / civil projects. Upcoming projects will be in the Wide Bay / Central QLD regions.
These projects will run for approx 6 – 12 months with a good project pipeline ahead of us. Work / life balance rosters (Mon – Fri), above award salaries with vehicle, fuel card, site uplifts, and accommodation if required is all.
Projects we’ve successfully delivered include flood recovery works, streetscapes, road construction / upgrades, bulk earthworks, bridges, and water infrastructure.
We’re a supportive team with a direct line of contact to the Directors, a new fleet of vehicles, and we can offer all-inclusive salary packages.
Ideal candidates will have:
- At least 5-10 years’ experience as a Civil Supervisor or Leading Hand, particularly on TMR / roads / drainage projects
- Experience in supporting Project Managers and Engineers in the successful delivery of projects
- Experience with TMR &/or RMS Projects and standards
- Knowledge of quality, environmental and work health and safety management systems
- Strong written/verbal communication skills
- Demonstrable Computer literacy commensurate with acceptable industry standards
- Any Industry qualifications will be an advantage & highly regarded
