Stephen Ladds (Managing Director)

–          Responsible for company operations

–          20 years’ experience in civil construction projects with major Australian contractors.

–          Specialising in project development, construction planning and

project management

Stephen Walter (National Estimating Lead)

–          Over 20 years’ experience across a diverse range of major road, rail, mining & energy infrastructure projects

–          Stephen’s analytical skills, his ability to work within challenging and complex construction environments, and understanding of the commercial impact of construction methodologies and process, is amongst the best in the industry

Stephen Bailey (Senior Estimator)

–          28 years of experience in the civil engineering industry, with a significant portion gained working in international locations for established civil engineering contractors.

–          Focussed primarily on pre-contracts aspects of business for the benefit of principal civil engineering contractors.

–          Knowledge and capability gained in the front end of the contracting business is built on 17 years engineering and operational experience

Adrian Vesnaver (Senior Engineer)

–       19 years of experience in the tendering, design and construction of major transport infrastructure projects in Australia and the South Pacific

–       Adrian’s attention to detail combined with his open-minded approach to analysing complex projects enables him to identify potential issues and develop elegant solutions

Tom Hadley (Senior Scheduler, Planner & Risk Modeller)

–       30 years of experience in the planning and control of multidisciplinary projects across Australia

–       Tom is an expert in project planning, project risk analysis, scheduling, cost control, contract claims preparation and analysis, and a specialist in forensic scheduling
