Project Description
The Forest High School Property Works were contemplated at contract award, with conceptual designs as per drawings.
In November 2015, RMS issued a Variation Instruction to include additional works following consultation with Forest High School and the Department of Education.
In September 2016, RMS issued a further Variation Instruction to incorporate a kiss-and-ride element within the school.
Following further consultation and design refinements, the IFC design was finalised in late September 2016.
Bellwether Contribution
Bellwether were required to identify the extra over costs arising from changed between concept designs. We re-measured and quantified IFC scope and produced an estimate of costs to enable subcontract works to proceed.
