The Morayfield Sport and Events Centre is an indoor 3 court multi-purpose centre offering quality facilities to a wide variety of activities and sports. This project is for the expansion of the existing Morayfield indoor Sport and Event Centre.

What we delivered

In December 2016 Bellwether provided an independent estimate for the centre based on the Preliminary Design. Since that time, the design has progressed to the 90% Detailed Design Stage. Bellwether have been asked by Moreton Bay Regional Council (MBRC) to provide a P90 Estimate based on the 90% Detailed Design.

Key outcomes

Using the most up to date software, Bellwether delivered a cost estimating report that detailed the methodology and assumptions with greater accuracy and ultimately gave the client more confidence with the proposed plans.
