Bellwether is proud to be appointed as the Principal Contractor of the Qld State Governments’ new Yeronga Priority Development Area. Spanning three hectares, this project includes parts of Villa Street and Park Road in Yeronga with close proximity to an extensive road network, rail, and bus services. The redevelopment is geared towards creating a vibrant community centre for local residents plus diverse residential options alongside small-scale retail units that facilitate improved active transport within the PDA vicinity. Bellwether is proud to be partnering with EDQ – Department of State Development, Infrastructure & Planning on this project, working towards their goal to create places and investment opportunities for Queenslanders to prosper.
