The works include the demolition and replacement of an existing low level 3 span Timber Bridge. The Timber Bridge was replaced with New 2 Span Concrete Structure over Wandoan Creek. The New Bridge consists of pre-cast driven piles, cast in place Headstock, Abutments and Wingwalls, Procurement and installation of Precast Deck units that were Post tensioned, construction of reliving slabs and the installation of Elastometric Bearing Pads. The works required the design and installation of Temporary works Platforms for the Centre Pier Headstock construction and to assist with Beam landing and installation.

•      Cast in situ construction of reinforced concrete abutment headstocks.
•      Cast in situ construction of reinforced concrete abutment wingwalls.
•      Cast in situ construction of reinforced concrete relieving slabs.
•      Cast in situ construction of reinforced concrete abutment protection.
•      Supply, delivery, installation and post-tensioning of precast deck units.
•      Cast in situ construction of concrete kerb.
•      Supply and installation of bridge traffic rail.
•      Construction of deck wearing surface.
•      Supply and installation of guard rail on bridge approaches.
•      Linemarking and signage.
