Transport for New South Wales (TfNSW) approached Bellwether to facilitate the GC21 Start up Workshop for the M6 Early Works Construction Contract.

What we delivered

The M6 Early Works Packages involves the construction of the community recreational facilities including upgrade and build new at Ador Park and McCarthy Reserve, Rockdale and Brighton Memorial Playing Field. The new recreational facilities will include the creation of new grass and synthetic playing fields, more car parking spaces as well as a new skate park and play areas.

Key outcomes

Bellwether facilitated a GC21 start-up workshop which encouraged the parties to the contract and others concerned with the works to work co-operatively towards a successful contract and project, to foster the creation of a collaborative contract team, and guide the team in developing positive team behaviours.
